Special Considerations

Trikonasana

Please come to your first class early enough to register.

Casuals welcome – you don’t need to book your class, except for Sunday.

Please wear comfortable stretchy clothing.

Please tell your teacher if you have any injuries, medical conditions or if you are pregnant.

Please have clean bare feet.

Don’t eat before class – preferably two hours.

Props are provided to use within the class free of charge but mats cost $3 to hire.  Feel free to bring your own.

We offer up the gift of a free led yoga session on Sunday at 10 am.  Numbers are limited so please come into the studio and put your name on the list if you would like to attend.  This free Sunday class is about sharing yoga with all people and is led by different teachers.  There will be a cup of tea afterwards.  Please feel free to talk to us about this session.
