WHICH CLASS?

Begnners Class is for you – no matter your flexibility, strength, agility, age, fitness level or experience.  Bodies in any condition welcome.  Teacher Kate

Level One is for you if you have a reasonable level of fitness.  Students are encouraged to work at their own pace so as not to over-extend.  We work on building strength, balance and flexibility of body and mind with postures/asana and pranayama/breathing practices. Teacher Emma

Level Two is for you if you have been practicing yoga and would like to extend yourself.  Students would want to be comfortable with practicing some inversions, eg. headstand, shoulderstand.  This class is workshop style so come prepared to play!  Teacher Emma

50 minute Lunctime classes are for all levels.  During class you will experience pranayama to relax and revive and vinyasa (flowing yoga) to build strength, flexibility and release tension. Teacher Emma

Astanga Yoga is the combining of breath & movement. Sequential postures are linked together by the breath to create a dynamic physical practice with focused internal awareness.  You will need some yoga experience to attend this class.  Please contact us if you have any questions.  Teacher Tiffany.

All Levels is based on Nicky Knoff School of Yoga.  There is work around a set sequence with alignment emphasized, held postures, sun salutes and pranayama.  Teacher Rhys
